Ensuring seamless course registration, certification tracking, and scalability for future growth added to the complexity. The system also had to accommodate varying user roles and permissions.

We began with a thorough needs assessment and mapped out user flows for students, instructors, and admins. Using agile methodology, we developed the platform in phases, integrating secure login, course management tools, and automated certification.
