Real estate is a high-stakes, high-volume space — and building a best-in-class app came with some unique challenges: Regional Diversity: Each market (UAE, Egypt, Qatar, etc.) has different user behaviors, property types, and pricing models — all of which needed to feel native in the app. Data Accuracy & Trust: Property scams are a concern in many markets. We needed to build full trust by supporting only verified, authenticated listings. Smart Search Complexity: Users expect instant, intelligent results based on filters like location, price, amenities, and lifestyle — all while keeping the interface clean and simple. High-Quality Media at Scale: Managing thousands of property images and virtual tours without slowing down the app required smart handling and CDN optimization. Agent & User Interaction: We had to make it seamless for users to contact agents while tracking communication and leads effectively on both sides.
