Creating an app for professional drivers meant solving a few important challenges: Real-Time Trip Handling: Drivers needed to accept, start, and complete rides quickly without any lag or delays. Reliable Navigation: The app had to offer accurate, in-app routing with live traffic updates across busy Qatari roads. Payment Transparency: Drivers required clear, real-time access to their earnings with no confusion or delays. Driver Compliance & Safety: Local regulations demanded features like identity verification and consistent ride performance tracking. Multilingual Support: The app needed to be fully accessible in both English and Arabic to cater to Qatar’s diverse driver base.
