Logistics in Pakistan is a complex space with a mix of traditional practices and growing digital demand. Here’s what we needed to solve: Lack of Transparency: Customers often had no visibility into where their shipment was or when it would arrive. Cumbersome Booking: Booking cargo was often slow, manual, and filled with paperwork. Multi-Vendor Complexity: Giving users the ability to compare carriers and manage bookings in one place wasn’t easy. Real-Time Accuracy: Live location tracking and delivery confirmations needed to be reliable, even in areas with weak signals. Scalability: The platform had to support growing demand across Pakistan’s major cities and logistics hubs.
